Grace received her masters (M.S.Ed.) from Indiana University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She brings over 10 years of experience working with folks across the lifespan with varying degrees of mental health needs. Since becoming a therapist, Grace has extensive experience working with young children, parents, and adults across the lifespan using a trauma-focused, attachment-based approach.
Grace has received practice and training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Theraplay Level 1, Internal Family Systems and Play Therapy, and intends to deepen her skillset in modalities that address the mind-body connection.
Grace loves spending time with her loved ones, playing with her dog and cat, being outdoors and experiencing the state of “awe,” moving her body, playing board games, and trying new recipes.
