Emma is a warm, grounded, and integrative therapist with specialties in somatic therapy, yoga therapeutics, energy healing, and relationship coaching. She supports clients through a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection, helping them heal trauma, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Emma is especially passionate about working with clients navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, stress, depression, neurodiversity and autism, disordered eating, body image concerns, and low self-esteem or confidence. She is deeply committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, military personnel and first responders, multicultural populations, and those experiencing major life transitions, such as starting college, moving, or going through divorce. She also works with those on a spiritual healing journey, integrating practices that align with clients’ beliefs and inner values.
With over a decade of experience in health and wellness, Emma holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. Ed in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University. She is a certified Somatic Practitioner, a certifed Thriving Relationship Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master, with advanced training in yoga therapeutics and energy-based healing modalities.
Emma currently serves as a therapist and Thriving Relationship Coach at the Center for Thriving Relationships. She is known for her compassionate presence, intuitive care, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
