The good news is: research shows that our happiness levels actually have little to do with our external circumstances.

So many people think:

“I’ll feel happier when I…

While all of those things are completely valid, you may have already discovered that chasing after external things often leaves you thinking: “I got what I wanted, and yet I’m still not very happy – or something’s missing.”

That’s because true JOY is an inside job.

Our brains have the innate ability to constantly form new neural connections throughout our lifespan. It’s called neuroplasticity. And it makes it possible to change our “happiness set point” so we can actually default to things like JOY, LOVE, KINDNESS, MAGIC, PEACE, WONDER, AWE, CONNECTION, GRATITUDE, EMPATHY, POSSIBILITY, GRACE, AND HOPE.

Meet Christine!

With an extensive background in the field of Positive Psychology, universal spiritual practices, human potential, energy and somatic healing, thriving relationships, and the neuroscience of happiness, I have been honored to serve, coach, and teach thousands of beautiful spirits over the past 20 years.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve been asked countless times: “Have you always been this joyful?” Although I’ve experienced an abundance of blessings throughout my life, the short answer to this question is: no. I’ve done plenty of things that hindered my own Joy Potential, and I know intimately well what it’s like to do the very things that don’t work when it comes to our happiness. My own life has been the ultimate laboratory.

I also have spent decades developing a methodology – grounded in the latest research on optimal human functioning – that I know works when it comes to making joy possible, available, and unshakeable.
