Most days, I eat lots of greens with every meal because they are truly the yummiest thing on the planet to me.
However, some moments, I know I simply want to feel my most vibrantly alive, balanced, and nourished self so I can best show up to love and serve this world ~ so I do quickie little things like take a bunch of organic kale and put it in the blender with filtered water and drink up. It’s not exactly the most scrumptious thing, but how I FEEL afterwards makes it yummy in the most important and lasting way.
In other words: there is simply nothing in the world more delicious to me than FEELING good.
Eating healthy is one of the ways I love to make the most of this incredible gift of life to serve the greater good. It’s an easy equation to me: the more energy I have and the better I feel, the better I can (1) appreciate life, (2) be a source of positive energy for myself and others, and (3) more abundantly give and serve.
