As yummy as they are, eating lots of sugar and processed foods give us sudden peaks and troughs in the amount of glucose in our blood (our amazing brains depend on an even supply of glucose) …
⏩ which leads to fatigue, irritability, insomnia, poor concentration, forgetfulness, anxiety, and a depressed mood.
