Our first batch of microgreen babies is almost ready for harvest! 🌱🎉❤️🌟
There is a notion in Positive Psychology that I love…
>> Fix what’s WRONG, but put as much or more energy into growing what’s STRONG.
Typically, I love relating this to us humans and how we see and relate to ourselves and others.
In other words, rather than thinking we (or others) have to be “good at everything,” our greatest happiness and fulfillment (individually and in our relationships) comes from (1) recognizing the unique strengths of ourselves and others and then (2) spending the majority of our lives cultivating those strengths.
It certainly isn’t just relevant to how we relate to ourselves and others but also how we relate to life. 😍
I typically mean this metaphorically, 😉 but I know lots of us are actually growing things right now too! Yay spring! 🌼🌸🌻🌱
At our house, we’re diving into the wondrous world of growing microgreens indoors, and it’s so fun to watch them grow.
We’re going to grow a few trays right on our kitchen table, and I have a feeling they are going to be my new favorite topper for just about everything ✨😋
Speaking of strengths, if anyone wants to take a free quiz to discover yours, just Google “The VIA Character Strengths Survey,” and it will come right up. I have found it to be an invaluable thing to know about ourselves, loved ones, colleagues, etc. and I’m so grateful they created this little assessment 💞
Sending so much love and heartfelt recognition of the unique strengths each of you brings to the collective human team, right now and always 🥰🌈🙏
Abundant Love and Joy,
