One of the ways I have found it helpful to respond to challenges (in my personal life and in the world) is to:
✨ (1) become aware and educated enough to take positive and productive action, not just for ourselves but for the greater good of all
…and then…
✨ (2) dilute the inevitable pain, sadness, disappointment, frustration, or fear (or whatever natural human emotion may be present) by intentionally turning up the volume of the GOOD.
In other words, if the challenge is big — address it — and then make the good *even bigger* so that, in proportion, the challenge becomes smaller.
The harder or more difficult a challenge is? The more reason we have to go out of our way to use it as a catalyst for INCREASING whatever we DO want to grow…🌳
💗 Love 💗 Kindness 💗 Inspiration 💗 Contribution 💗 Growth
💗 Learning 💗 Joy 💗 Health 💗 Compassion 💗 Understanding
💗 Connection 💗 Friendship 💗 Service 💗 Purpose 💗 Spirituality
💗 Fun 💗 Generosity 💗 Grace 💗 Creativity 💗 Patience 💗 Light
💗 And whatever is important to YOU
Difficult or despairing things happening? We can create emotional, mental, and spiritual strength, not by denying it, but by diluting it.
And it not only works globally. It applies to our personal everyday situations as well.
Plus, challenges create a lot of stress — not so good for our health, relationships, or immune system. We can counteract it by making sure we mega boost our peace, connections, and joy, essentials to our resilience. 🌼
Sending so much love and healthy blessings to you and to all you love and to all beings everywhere. May we join our loving hearts and positive energy together in a way that makes the challenges shrink in proportion.💞
PS: Here’s a little visual I made up for this notion ~ “Don’t deny challenges. Simply dilute them.” Enjoy! 😍🌈🌞 XO
Abundant Love and Joy,
