Whatever we focus on, we literally:
– feel in our bodies
– see more of in the world around us
– create more of in ourselves and our lives
– and train ourselves to think even more about
I am so grateful for the practice of gratitude, and I truly believe it is one of the most direct and fastest pathways to shifting our own lives and our relationships (of all kinds) to a healthier, happier, kinder, more peaceful, more understanding, more generous, more abundant, and more connected place.
I have been doing a daily gratitude practice for well over a decade now, and it has benefited every possible area of my life, and I recommend it with all my heart. Here’s a link to a great article that just may inspire you to boost the gratitude factor in your own life too!
